TUrkey Drive yields 16 birds!! November 24, 2009 School wide drive a success

Thanks go to those students and staff who lugged in frozen turkeys on Monday, November 23 to donate it to SCN's 10th annual Turkey Drive. These turkeys were delivered to the Salvation Army that will be passed on to local families. Even though SCN did not meet its goal of collected 30 turkeys, they more than doubled the number of turkeys they collected last year. Again, thanks to all who took the time (and muscle!) to bring their turkey to school for the drive. Sixteen families will be blessed with a real turkey for their Thanksgiving Day meal.
