Meeting Agenda February 17, 2010 Final Preparations for Telethon

1. ALL SCN members are expected to either sign up to help on the night of the telthon or to ATTEND THE EVENT!! Bring your family, friends and relatives. 2. If you signed up to complete a basket for the Tricky Tray, it should be delivered by Friday, February 19!! See Hayley Cromwell. 3. Buttons will be available for sale on Friday. Everyone is asked to sell ten buttons. Stop by room 152 for your button on Friday. 4. Those who signed up to gather statistics and facts on Haiti and on the earthquake: we need them ASAP. Please see Mr. Stevens. 5. If you signed up to volunteer the night of the event, we are expecting you to be there. A final list will be distributed next Wednesday. See Alex Davis if you have any questions or you want to volunteer but have not yet signed up. 6. We are still waiting for some members to return their Dollar Day donation envelope. ALL ENVELOPES MUST BE RETURNED, EVEN IF YOU DID NOT GET ANY DONATIONS. 7. Coming in March: Disaster Relief Classes!
